Allan Vodden BSc ACIB, Chairman

Allan spent 37 years with Lloyds TSB until 2006, when he joined the Board of Devon Waste Management Ltd. The previous 15 years were spent exclusively in the corporate market predominately as a relationship manager but also three years in a senior lending role. He holds other directorships with Cornerstone housing association, Summerfield Developments (SW) Ltd and Chimney Holdings Ltd.

Collin Hickling, Managing Director

Collin was the finance director of Devon Waste Management Ltd until he completed a management buyout in 2006. He now leads the company as majority owner and Managing Director.

Steve Hadley, Commercial and Projects Director

Steve Hadley joined the Board in 2010 from national law firm Bond Pearce, where he was a corporate partner. He has provided corporate legal advice to DWM for 10 years.

Stuart Crebo, non-executive Director

Stuart was formerly head of the Ernst and Young corporate finance team in Exeter and advised on many of the major transactions in the South West, including the buyout of Devon Waste Management from Devon County Council.
